For over a decade now, we’ve been focusing on recognising companies and entities for their growth, achievements, aspirations and position in the market. We’ve honoured some fabulous, well-merited institutions and received much appreciation.
In 2019, once again, we want to pledge this year to those who dedicate their entire livelihood to that one passion, one dream, one ambition. We want to award those visionaries, who use their leadership skills and innovative thinking to drive an entire team forward with them.
Stars of Business Awards prides itself for its credibility and objective selection of winners. To help us continue upholding to these standards, we are working closely with an independent, neutral and transparent jury. Here’s what the selection process will look like:
Based on data analysis as well as the market reach and expertise of CPI Business, five top performers from the UAE will be shortlisted across 10 categories.
CPI Business, in collaboration with its prestigious Jury, will have a stringent look at these nominations and put forward a round of questions for each candidate.
These candidates will then be invited to provide compelling responses to these questions, which will be undertaken in a video interview format.
Finally, the Jury will review all the video responses, assess the candidates’ leadership capabilities and present the final selection of winners.
Stars of Business Leadership Awards 2019 will recognise winners across 10 categories. Each category will feature five nominees.
The SME 10X Award is a special award that will recognise a business leader who has made an impact over the last ten years and is most likely to influence the next ten as well. This Award is not open for nomination.
